Q:  When can I access my storage unit?

A:Access to our main gate is available everyday from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM.

Q: What days are you closed?

A: We are closed on these holidays:

   -New Year's Day

  - Memorial Day

   -4th of July

   -Labor Day

  - Thanksgiving Day

   -Christmas Day

   -We are open Christmas Eve and New

    Year's Eve from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.     

Q:  What am I not allowed to store at your


A: Here is a list of items we  Do Not Allow

       to be stored:.

      -Food (No food in boxes, cans, jars, etc)


       -Gasoline and other flammable liquids


       -Firearms or ammunition

       -Any liquids or containers with liquids

       -Hazardous waste

       -Illegal items

Q: What do I need to rent a storage unit?

A:You will need a driver's license or valid

       government ID with a picture.

Q: Can I reserve a unit ahead of time?

A:Yes you can! You can reserve a unit for

       up to 2 weeks. Reservations must be

       done with a credit/debit card.

Q: What security do you have at your


A:We have a fully fenced in facility with

       24/7 surveillance cameras.

Q:What payment options do I have?

A:We accept payment by Visa,

       Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, cash,  

       money order, and check.

Q: Can I make a payment online?

A: Yes you can! Here is the link. Be sure you

       have either your Premier Customer

       password or a receipt on hand.

Q:  What is your policy on insurance?

A: Insurance is optional for all storage

      customers. You are personally

      responsible for obtaining insurance,

      whether it is through us or a seperate

      policy. Check to see if your homeowner's

      or renter's insurance covers your goods.
